The objective of this project is to raise awareness about global warming and crises through the methods of art and design. This was done as one of my college assignment.
This artwork is mainly inspired from Steve Cutts’s climate change artworks and animations. I divided 3 one-shot comics for this project. They are Negligence, Greed and Uneducated, which are main drivers of the global climate change and crises.
1. Negligence: The artwork below shows how people tends to ignore the problems and crises without investigating a single bit even when they see or hear everyday through medias and news.
2. Greed: In this artwork, I wanted to depict how greedy people blindly destroying and creating animal extinctions for their own sake.
3. Uneducated: Education plays crucial role in preventing climate change since the first instinct of normal humans are to reject changes. In this one-shot, I wanted to show people that certain solutions and changes are needed to prevent the disasters caused by climate change.
